Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate with Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing sector. Good knowledge of labour laws, including PF & ESIC and personnel activities. Good knowledge of Factories Act,. Handling Contratual Workers / Labours. Will be responsible for complete HR functions - Payroll, Legal & Statutory Compliance, IR, Housekeeping, Complete Administration. Completion of all the legal forms and formats, Dealing with the factory inspector, Handling the Labour related work. |
