Should be a MSW / MLW with 5 to 10 Years of experience in HR / IR Department. Liaison with government and statutory authorities as per seniors instruction.
Responsible for preparation & generation of compliances like P.F. return, bonus detail, etc.
To look after monitor day to day functions of Personnel Department. Recruitment, requirements and procedure.
Training to the departmental staff as and when required. Maintain to look after and guide about all laws / rules related to labour law etc.
