Should be a Commerce / Science Graduate / MBA in HR with min. 12+ Years of experience in Personnel & Admin. Dept. Statutory requirements as per PF, ESIC, Contract labour & labour department requirements as per Labour Act & Factories Act.
Labour handling. Social compliance. Training and development. Appraisal. Responsible for Payroll, employee relation, labour laws, recruitment, statutory compliance, etc.
Job Location is only for Kadi / Kalol - Near Ahmedabad.
