Should be a M.S.W. / M.B.A - HR / M.L.W. / IRPM with min. 3 to 5 Years of experience in HR Generalist Profile.
Generic role in HR. On regular basis - maintained employee database.
Having Knowledge of Statutory Compliance, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Wages Act.
Having Knowledge of Yearly return, ER-1, ER-2, Bonus Patrak C & D, various type of reports & returns.
Knowledge of Recruitment End to End Process like (Joining to Exit).
Knowledge of Personnel Management like Preparing & Final Processing of Salary. |
