Should be a B.E (Computers / IT) / M.Sc. (IT) / MCA / MBA HR - Fresher or with Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Placement.
Should have good communication skills.
Should be responsible for overall recruitment cycle.
Arranging & conducting Interviews / Initial screening of the candidates.
Follow-ups with candidates.
Coordinating with the client and the candidates.
Prepare and post job description on various job portals.
