Should be a PG / MBA - HR with min. 2 to 4 Years of experience in HR Generalist Profile. All rounder with experience in all aspects of HR.
Willingness to work alone in HR (as there is no HR department currently). Self motivated & street smart.
Drafting & implementing office policies, Recruitment, Employee performance management, Leave Management, Payroll, Basic Office Administration.
Experience of recruiting through naukri.com (both listings & resdex). Positive attitude & hands on approach
