Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA - HR with min. 7 to 8 Years of experience in Personnel Department.
Should have knowledge & experience of ESIC, PF, Payroll, Leave Management, Attendance, etc. Should have experience in large mfg. industry.
Should have handled payroll processing, should be able to maintain all statutory records and should be able to handle all Govt agencies applicable.
